Event Details

This is a 2 hour workshop that will incorporate yoga philosophies with theories of psychotherapy in both an educational format and experiential learning. The class will explore how habits or old patterns of behaviors or thoughts deplete our energy and influence depressed mood, apathy, or lack of joy for life. We will explore the use of breath, body, and meditation to influence the energetic systems of the body to improve mood, increase motivation, and encourage the experience of joy in living.
